Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Swimwear
Earrings

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within ten business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund after ten business days have passed, first contact your bank as there is generally a bank specific processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@stilettojunkie.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@stilettojunkie.com and send your item to: 16787 Beach Blvd #544 Huntington Beach California US 92647.


Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item and the shipping cost from your original order are non-refundable. When returning your item, it is recommended that you utilize the tracking option as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
